Et ce fut tellement d\u00e9licieux qu&rsquo;on partage avec vous la recette !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 4 personnes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Oeuf (Ingr\u00e9dient)\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/encyclopedie\/fiche_composant\/226\/oeuf.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">oeufs<\/a><\/li>\n<li>250 g de mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>70 g de <a title=\"Sucre (Ingr\u00e9dient)\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/encyclopedie\/fiche_composant\/285\/sucre.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">sucre<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de <a title=\"Sucre (Ingr\u00e9dient)\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/encyclopedie\/fiche_composant\/285\/sucre.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">sucre<\/a><a title=\"Vanille (Ingr\u00e9dient)\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/encyclopedie\/fiche_composant\/208\/vanille.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">vanill\u00e9<\/a><\/li>\n<li>125 g de <a title=\"Framboise (Ingr\u00e9dient)\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/encyclopedie\/fiche_composant\/138\/framboise.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">framboises<\/a> (250g aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 encore mieux !)<\/li>\n<li>sp\u00e9culoos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>1. S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes. M\u00e9langer les jaunes, le sucre roux et le sucre vanill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>2.Ajouter le mascarpone et fouetter le tout.<\/p>\n<p>3.Monter les blancs en neige et incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la spatule au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00c9craser les framboises dans une assiette.<\/p>\n<p>5.Tapisser les verrines de biscuits (sp\u00e9culoos). Recouvrir de framboises, \u00e9taler par-dessus une couche de la pr\u00e9paration (\u0153ufs, sucre, mascarpone).<\/p>\n<p>6. Alterner biscuits, framboises et cr\u00e8me.
